4/8/2022 Marcel Jeninga: One Father as a One Man Army against Organised Paedophilia in EuropeRead NowMarcel Jeninga and founder of Fight against Abuse (Dutch: Strijd tegen Misbruik) did not start with a background in community work or counselling, rather he was an ordinary father working as the manager of a supermarket with a happy family. One day all that changed, when the neighbour Geert, raped his three year old daughter. After discovering her injuries and asking who did it to her, the child identified “Geert” by name. Two days later Geert was arrested and images of her were later discovered on Geert’s computer and he had shared obscene images with other paedophiles on the internet. Further, his DNA was linked to a cold case, the murder of eight year old Semiha Metin, who was raped and strangled to death. In 2010, Geert was found guilty of raping 5 underage girls and sentenced to 15 years in prison. Geert did not act alone, he was part of the infamous “Pedophile Club Martijn” a now banned organization that trained pedophiles in how to groom and rape children. Marcel states “De pedofielen vereniging heeft tips en tricks gegeven aan mijn buurman en zo hebben wij aangifte gedaan tegen deze pedoclub. - The paedophile association has given tips and tricks to my neighbour and so we filed a report against this paedophile club.” After having found out about the abuse of his daughter, Marcel took up the battle against not only his daughter’s rapist but also organised paedophile groups in Europe. He has also campaigned to ban the 1000 page pedophile handbook in Europe, a grotesque tome that teaches paedophiles how to stalk, groom and hide their rape of children. The book was already banned in the United Kingdom however not other parts of Europe. He successfully had it banned in Germany since 2021, it is soon to be banned in the Netherlands and he also approached the EU to have it banned across the EU Member States. The Pedophile Club Martijn however continued to have active members sharing abuse tips on a private mailing list. After discovering this Marcel promptly took them to court, but soon discovered that the court systme was actively protecting these pedophiles. Tubantia News reported the following story (original in Dutch) “Judges are replaced in pedophilia case after complaint from Twente foundation By Lucien Baard HENGELO - The Rotterdam judges in the criminal case against the well-known pedophile activist Nelson M. will be replaced. They themselves had asked for 'changes' to avoid the appearance of bias. The Twentse foundation Fight against Abuse filed a complaint against the judges. It turned out that the court already had a verdict ready with acquittal for M., while the case was still pending. M.'s lawyer had yet to plead. It became clear that a draft judgment had already been drafted when it was accidentally published online for some time on Rechtspraak.nl. On behalf of the Twente foundation, the Hengelo legal adviser Yme Drost asked the Public Prosecution Service to challenge the court. It didn't get that far. The judges themselves asked for a change. That's assigned by the changing room. The draft of the judgment had already been made, because at that time the judges could still assume that the case against M. would be concluded on March 8. But due to illness of his lawyer, the plea was postponed. On that same day, the court pronounced prison sentences against Hengeloër Marthijn U. (6 months) and Norbert de J. from Arnhem (4 months). De Hengeloër will appeal. The two have been convicted of continuing the banned pedophile association Martijn. M. is also suspected of this. The Twente foundation and Drost have repeatedly insisted on action by the judiciary against their activities.” Why does one father have to fight this madness with a small organisation? The reason I cannot publish the full name of Geert is that Dutch law prohibits it, for the protection of the criminal. Why are the identities of paedophiles protected with great veracity and yet their victims are left to suffer? Why are criminals given more rights than their victims? One wonders what policy makers are doing to have left this problem to fester for so long and whose side they are really on.
Regardless of hardships Marcel tells me “ the only thing we can do is keep fighting against abuse for the sake of the victims, we can’t give up, we can never give up”.
